It is made with black seeds and so make sure to fine grind the seeds twice. Black seeds must be heated at 150C and then ground in a heavy duty blender, allow to cool and then ground in an herb grinder the second time. Using fine ground seeds will give your smoothie a smoother taste. |
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- 1 cup almond milk or any alternative such as hemp or walnut
- 1 medium-sized banana
- ½ cup strawberries1
- 1teaspoon black cumin seeds or 1/2 teaspoon of black seed oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of powdered ginger
- 1 cup ice
Procedure:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Enjoy.
