- Heat olive oil in a large cooking pan for about ½ minute.
- Next, add onions, ginger, garlic, salt, tomatoes, black seeds and red bell pepper.
- Cook it for about 2 minutes.
- Then add the celery and the carrots.
- Sauté for a few minutes until softened.
- Next, add the broth and stir in the cabbage.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then lower the heat.
- Cook the soup until cabbages get tender.
- At this stage add the oregano, basil, black pepper, and red pepper.
- Adjust the seasoning and then serve to the bowl.
